The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, exhibit critical thinking skills and problem solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The Marketing Coordinator will work collaboratively with the marketing team to create, implement, and measure marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, print, tv, and digital advertising.
Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing gathered data.
Support the team with planning, organizing, and executing events or promotions.
Actively search events or conferences our company can attend by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists to increase brand awareness.
Manage the company's social media accounts, this persists of creating consistent meaningful content, posting, creating community management, staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends, communicating and responding to follower queries, and using analytical tools to evaluate company's social media presence and performance.
Assist in the design marketing content and materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content (image or video) using design tools:
Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other similar software.
Develop engaging posts to spark and encourage community interaction and conversation.
Track and analyze customer and follower engagement, marketing campaigns, and SEO to increase productivity of posts, ensure performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with external vendors, such as graphic designers and printers, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials.
Assist with maintaining the company's website.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, New Media, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 year experience in marketing, preferably in the education or tutoring industry.
Experience coordinating events and establishing relationships with vendors.
In-depth understanding of all social media platforms and current trends.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Proficient with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
An understanding of Google Ad campaigns, SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
