We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally to their inquiries via phone, email, and through our third party ticketing system.
Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as commission disbursement authorization, payment status, and managing document requests.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating issues when necessary.
Help with supporting the team by delivering requests to the appropriate team to give the client the best service and answer.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management.
Collaborate with the many real estate teams to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the closing of the transaction process in a professional and proactive manner.
Communicate effectively and promptly with all parties involved to provide updates, gather information, and address any questions or concerns.
Support the team to maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction records and files.
Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in real estate or customer services is a plus Proven experience in customer service, preferably in real estate industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and empathy Knowledge of real estate practice, terminology, and market trends is preferred Detailed oriented with high level of accuracy in work Professional and friendly demeanor, with strong customer service orientation Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
