They will assist in the day-to-day operations and work directly with attorneys and paralegals.
This is a summer position with potential long term opportunity depending on work flow.
Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day operations Answer phone calls and take messages Schedule appointments for potential new clients Compile Trial binders Maintain contact lists Maintain general filing system Scan, copy, or fax documents Other duties as assigned by supervisor Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous phone experience preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Proficiency with Google calendar.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
