AP DATA ENTRY CLERK DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Post invoices for payment Put together check runs/ mail out checks Maintain AP department email inbox delegating to appropriate recipient Enter vendor information into databases as collected upon forms or spreadsheets Collect and determine completed of all information before entering data into software programs Scan and print required documents needed to collect information for data entry File and organize paperwork used to enter data into programs to keep a record of original documents AP DATA ENTRY CLERK SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Required High school diploma or equivalent degree is required Exceptional knowledge of office computer systems and software Strong written and communication skills with clients and customers Major Accounting software/ ERP experience is a MUST (QuickBooks preferred) Preferred Accounting background/ experience For further information, submit your resume in MS Word format to me.
