Required qualifications Master's degree in physical therapy or Degree in Physical Therapy from an approved program according to Medicare guidelines California Physical Therapist License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire Preferred qualifications Home Health experience 1 year' Experience as a Physical Therapist Recommended Skills Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Basic Life Support Medicare Physical Therapy Self Motivation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
