The Sr Analyst, Data Management and Analytics delivers high quality, complex, and timely reports by structuring and analyzing a wide range of complex business problems using data to determine root cause, derive conclusions, and deliver solutions to various business units.
Analytical dexterity and excellent communication skills are critical to success in this position.
The Sr Analyst, Data Management and Analytics is responsible for developing and supporting key analytical infrastructures and technologies that provide flexible and structured access to business intelligence data, metrics, and KPIs.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders and Product Owner to understand requirements and align on priorities Analyzes data requests from various customers to define/determine requirements for data warehouse/business intelligence systems Prepare solid specifications and requirements for the new features to be developed by the Data Engineering team Be able to take scope and business requirement documents and break them down to user stories Participate in the design of new data warehouse and business intelligence solutions to accurately address user requirements including development of functional specifications and technical specifications Works with customers to assist in establishing test plans and data; validation of program/reporting functions; and preparation of necessary forms and documentation for implementation.
Coordinates with IT management, systems analysts, users and other IS technical providers to ensure that client requirements are accomplished.

Experience:
6
years' experienced in a data focused/ BSA related role (applicable experience) Have experience with agile management methodologies like Scrum & Kanban Ability to query tables to get data for analysis, ad hoc reporting and production support.
Experience working with relational databases & database structures (preferably Snowflake and SQL Server) to understand and derive data more efficiently.
Experience in leading activities around requirements gathering, data analysis, data validation and integration with data from multiple disparate systems Experience working with design teams to assess and size epic and story Understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.
