Scope of Position - Project Manager This position is responsible for working directly with our account executives and multiple departments on initiatives for our preeminent hospitality, leisure and food & beverage clients.
You will be expected to understand each project's needs and goals, and then utilize all of our available resources to execute the solutions that will meet them (which may include ideation, design, custom production, technology, etc.
) The position requires strong account and timeline management skills, creativity and attention to detail.
Candidate has the ability to effectively manage and complete all aspects of complex projects.
Participate in brand/initiative meetings from inception through ideation to execution.
You'll work with our production team to coordinate production needs and estimates and our creative department for design and proofing needs.
The position requires constant communication with multiple departments.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (marketing, business or hospitality preferred) Track record of managing multiple accounts/timelines Excellent communication Experience in managing a team Resourceful:
Ability to get things done by leveraging a wide range of resources Microsoft Office Knowledge in print and production Proficiency in the Mac OSX platform Project Management system experience (Workamajig a plus) Proofreading skills In addition to the above, the perfect candidate is someone who works well within a team while being independent, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communications, is pro-active, tenacious and thinks on his/her feet, is quality driven, creative, pays close attention to detail, prepares for meetings in advance, and takes a whatever it takes approach to achieving client's goals.
