Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly, making them feel valued and comfortable from the moment they enter the clinic.
Manage appointment scheduling and answer phone inquiries with a cheerful and helpful demeanor.
Engage one-on-one with patients to understand their health history and goals.
Educate patients about chiropractic care and available services.
Process payments, explain fees, and discuss insurance coverage.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinic information in computer systems.
Assist chiropractors during treatments and ensure the clinic space is clean and inviting.
Qualifications:
Customer service experience is essential, sales experience is a plus.
Passion for helping others achieve long-term wellness and personal growth.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
