Milestone Oral Surgery and Implant Center is a leading provider of advanced oral surgery and implant dentistry services.
We are a modern state-of-the-art oral surgery office specialized in dental implants and offer full mouth reconstruction in house; also known as All-On-4 Dental implants.

Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and checking in patients taking all new patient info needed - Escorting patients from reception area to treatment areas - Taking phone calls and scheduling patient appointments accordingly - Creating patient charts and ensuring referral and all info needed is attached - Reviewing patient registration forms ensuring everything is filled out - Confirmining appointments and sending out appointment reminder email/text - Checking email daily and replying to patients/senders accordingly - Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility prior to patient's appointment - Maintaining accurate patient records that are current and up to date - Writing and reviewing surgery consent forms ensuring patient signature is present - Able to get or fax PCP for medical clearance/ medical records for patients - Provide Pre-Op and Post-Operative care instructions to patients - Preparing patients for treatment and checkups while ensuring their comfort - Knowledge of dental/ medical terminology and surgical procedures - Well-oriented, organized, reliable, and attention to details - Compliance with State and Federal OSHA laws, HIPPA, infection control, and safety standards in dental office - Sending prescriptions to the pharmacy (as needed)

- 8 hour day shift - Monday to Friday - Overtime/Weekend availability (as needed) Ability to commute/relocate:
