- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections of residential properties, thoroughly assessing all major systems and components.
- Examine various systems in a variety of homes, including inspections of attics, electrical panels, crawl spaces, and roofs.
- Create detailed inspection reports that clearly and concisely outline the condition of the home, address any concerns or issues, and communicate findings to clients effectively.
