The position will be hourly with the potential to become full-time.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping the Managing Partner in both professional and personal tasks, ranging from organizing office and personal emails to running errands.
Office experience is required, specifically experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Dropbox.
The successful applicant possesses extraordinary organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written) and should be skilled on the phone.
This assistant will also need to run other out-of-office errands and, therefore must have their own car.
The Managing Partner is looking for a problem solver who gets things done in a timely manner and is proactive and anticipatory about all tasks and events.
Compensation:
$23 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities:
Organize and manage emails Correspondence and communication Coordinating personal and professional calendar Help with personal and professional errands Arrange and book travel Project management; helping plan and host office events Taking notes in meetings Lunch and dinner reservations
Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Dropbox Needs extraordinary organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written) Must be skilled on the phone Needs to have their own car to run other out-of-office errands About Company We are a boutique law firm in Orange County, California, established in 2010 that has grown over 300% since 2019!
