Dental Receptionist / Front Desk
We are a private, high standard of care dental office in Mission Viejo.
We have 3 amazing periodontists, Dr.
Ajay Setya, Dr.
Christen Bergman and Dr Micah Crowley who are talented in the advancements of periodontal disease and refreshingly highly ethical.
We are so happy to say we have the best team hands down.

We are earnestly looking for an outstanding Dental Insurance Biller who is experienced in communicating with Insurance companies regarding claim status and eligibility, obtaining available benefits, educating patients as necessary regarding insurance, their responsibility and basic terminology.
This individual will process claims daily, monitor and follow up on outstanding claims, send pertinent information as requested by insurance companies such as x-rays, charting, narratives and other documentation for processing the claim when applicable, provide insurance pre-determination documentation to patients and schedules treatment when requested.
We do use Dentrix software, experience with this is a plus and are ONLY contracted with Delta Dental PPO in all states.

- Previous experience as a Dental Biller.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Dentrix.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and follow up skills.
Responsibilities - Corresponds with insurance companies to resolve payment delays, requests for additional information, or discuss treatment that has been denied coverage.
- Schedule appointments using Dentrix.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries before the end of the day.
Assure all patients questions and requests are handled with care and efficiency.
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details.
- Input all insurance information into patient family file.
- Work well with others and do what is needed to get the tasks of the day done, and assure patient care is top priority.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
