Requirements
- 2 years litigation experience preferred
- Experience in professional liability, general liability, premises liability, personal injury, business law, employment law, real estate, construction law or related practices
- Experience in discovery, motions, trial preparation or direct trial experience preferred
- Exceptional writing and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong research and writing skills
- Strong academic background and ABA-accredited law school
- Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
- Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
- Licensed in CA in good standing
