Responsabilidades:
Job PurposeThe Servers play an integral role in ensuring members and guests have an exceptional dining experience.
The ideal candidate is attentive, welcoming, has a sense of urgency, and previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesGreet and seat members and guestsTake food and beverage orders and accurately input into the point-of-sale systemRecommend menu itemsCommunicate food allergies or special nutrition needs to kitchen staffEnsure orders are filled quickly, accurately, and meet quality standardsProvide attentive service by refilling drinks as needed and checking on the needs of the members and guests while diningPromptly address service issues and refer to management when necessaryCalificaciones:
QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, food service environment preferredMust be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages, applicable state card or certificate must be provided if required by state lawAble to work a flexible schedule, perform multiple tasks and prioritize efficientlyCash handling experienceKnowledge of sales techniquesKnowledge of liquor and smoking lawsAbility to determine signs of intoxicationKnowledge of safety policies and proceduresEffective communication skills (written and oral), strong interpersonal and customer service skillsBasic math skills and ability to operate calculator, cash register and/or point of sale system Education High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred Skills/Abilities/Personal CharacteristicsKnowledge of Food Service RegulationsVerbal and Written CommunicationBasic MathCustomer ServiceResolve ConflictTeamworkFriendlinessEnergy LevelThoroughnessEfficiency Working ConditionsDays and hours of work vary by schedule and business needs.
